Ryan McBride: The King of Maryland Wrestling

Not sure how many of you know but Joe is actually in the midst of training with EWA to become a wrestler. Along the way I am being introduced to all of these ecclectic young men and being given the opportunity to photograph them. Ryan McBride would be considered the John Cena of Maryland to put it in lamens terms.

In early June he was in a match against Derek Frazier. This was Derek's last match so these shots are showcasing more of his prowis. However, I am showcasing them in there raw form to get some feedback on the shots themselves.

The biggest challenge with shooting action/sports is the movement. It is very difficult to get a clear shot so sometimes you have to wait until there is some sort of pause or lull in the action. This of course might be a moment that the athlete is not entirely happy with but you have to take what you can get. For more information on Ryan McBride please see his wikipedia page.

Introduction to Sunny

Hello blogging world my name is Sunny but most of my friends call me Sunny Bunny. I'm a passionate photographer of still life, weddings, family portraits as well as anything around me that is inspirational.

I have had a camera in my hand ever since I was 7. My love of photography started with my father. When I was little he was always either taking my picture or videotaping me, even if all I was doing was pouring sand into a bucket. As I look back on those pictures now I can actually feel the love my father had for me coming through the lens. As a result of this I enjoy expressing emotions through the lens and preserving both the little and big moments in peoples lives.

As to a little about me that does not pertain to photography I am a huge animal lover. If I was not in photography I would be an independently wealthy women with a farm right in the heart of Pennsylvania with all the animals in need. Hey I can dream can't I? I love to scrapbook, hike, attend rock concerts, and most of all look at the world around me and daydream.

Here on this blog I will be posting some of my professional work as well as personal photos and perhaps anything else that inspires me. Please enjoy and head on over to the contact me link if you would like to discuss my services.
